Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This site is operated by Dakshanta Inc. (“Dakshanta,” “we,” “us”), a Virginia corporation. This policy describes what information we collect through dakshanta.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, plus anonymous usage statistics — and nothing else.
Information you give us
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you submit: your name, work email address, company (optional), and your message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, if the conversation continues, to evaluate and set up a potential engagement. Submitting the form is entirely optional — you can browse the whole site without providing any personal information.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is cookieless and records aggregated, anonymized data — page views, referrers, approximate geography, and device and browser type — along with anonymous usage events (for example, that a contact form was submitted, without its contents). It does not track you across other sites, and we do not use advertising trackers, tracking cookies, or fingerprinting. Our hosting provider also keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses of requests) for security and operations.
Service providers
Two third parties process data on our behalf:
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) receives and delivers contact-form submissions to us.
- Vercel (Vercel, Inc.) hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or disclose it to anyone else except as required by law.
Retention
We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement, and delete it when it no longer is. Aggregated analytics contain no personal information and are retained by Vercel per its standard terms.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights — or to ask anything about this policy — reach us through the contact form, and we will respond promptly. If you have contacted us before, you can also simply reply to that correspondence.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date above.
